1. Send an email to info@markkistler.com (info@markkistler.com) 2. Make the Subject Line "Password Reset Request" 3. Provide us with the email on file. 4. Next time you Log In you will be prompted to change your password. This is NOT available for Draw3D Members who signed up using Google or Facebook.

Draw3D is designed to have one person per account. This means each account only holds profile info and progress data for a single user with exception of the homeschooler multi user license, school classroom license, or full school membership License.

Yes! Draw3D is compatable with all smartphones and tablets.

At this time you are unable to extend your current subscription. However, when your subscription expires, we will honor the promotion discount coupon code for you to resubscribe.

Yes. Your account information is stored online so anywhere you log on will give you access to your profile.

Once logged in just click the ‘My Profile’ button at the top of the screen. From there you can change your info.
