Can I use my membership on Phones and Tablets?


Yes! Draw3D is compatable with all smartphones and tablets.




Can I use my membership on other computers?


Yes. Your account information is stored online so anywhere you log on will give you access to your profile.




Can I share my account?


Draw3D is designed to have one person per account. This means each account only holds profile info and progress data for a single user with exception of the homeschooler multi user license, school classroom license, or full school membership License. For more info on these Multi User Accounts, please view all of the options here.




How do I change my account information?


Once logged in just click the ‘My Profile’ button at the top of the screen. From there you can change your info.




How do I change my account password?


When you click the Log In button there is a button for resetting your password. Make sure you check your spam folder for the email it sends you. It is filtered out very often.




Can I request a lesson?


Yes! We want all your requests. Draw3D is here to teach you what you want to learn. You can fill out our Contact Form here and request any lesson you would like!

How do I log in for the first time.


At the time of purchase, you should have set up an account with a password. You can follow the steps below to log in. 1. Just click SIGN UP 2. Then, on the next page under Sign Up you will see BLUE TEXT that says LOG IN. Click that. 3. Next you will click SIGN IN WITH EMAIL 4. Then Add your info and enjoy! If you did not set up an account when you set up, follow these steps. 1. Just click SIGN UP 2. Then, on the next page under Sign Up you will see BLUE TEXT that says LOG IN. Click that. 3. Next you will click SIGN IN WITH EMAIL 4. Then FORGOT PASSWORD This will send you an email to create a new password.




My Account is not showing my subscription, What do I do?


If your account is not showing your subscription, Please email the following info to Nate@draw3d.com 1. Email you registered under 2. Plan you purchased 3. When you purchased your subscription Please allow at least one business day for a response.




Draw3D.com does not reconize my email, what should I do?

Can I add time to my subscription during a promo?


With all the updates to Draw3d.com, we also made it easier for you not to loose access to all the current drawing lessons and any bonus material we add in the future by making the Draw3D.com membership renewal automaticly. By doing this, we can not stack another year on your account but dont worry! If you save the promocode and email Nate@Draw3D.com and ask for a raincheck.
